Type-1 angiotensin II receptor-associated protein adalah protein yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh genAGTRAP.[5][6]
Gen ini mengkodekan protein transmembran yang terlokalisasi pada membran plasma dan struktur vesikuler perinuklear. Produk gen berinteraksi dengan reseptor angiotensin II tipe I dan secara negatif mengatur pensinyalan angiotensin II. Penyambungan alternatif gen ini menghasilkan beberapa varian transkrip yang mengkodekan isoform berbeda.[6]
