Abscam
Abscam—terkadang ditulis ABSCAM—adalah sebuah operasi tangkap tangan Biro Investigasi Federal (FBI) pada akhir 1970-an dan awal 1980-an yang berujung pada pendakwaan utamanya terhadap tujuh anggota Kongres Amerika Serikat.[1] Penyelidikan dua tahun tersebut awalnya menargetkan lalu lintas dalam properti curian dan korupsi pengusaha prestisius, tetapi kemudian dialihkan menjadi penyelidikan korupsi publik.
