Apollo 4
Apollo 4 (9 November 1967, juga dikenal sebagai AS-501) adalah penerbangan tak berawak perdana dalam program Apollo Amerika Serikat, dan uji coba pertama kendaraan luncur Saturn V, roket yang dipakai untuk mengirim para antariksawan ke Bulan. Kendaraan antariksa tersebut dibuat di Vehicle Assembly Building, dan mula-mula diluncurkan dari Kennedy Space Center (KSC) di Florida.
