Atriplex pusilla adalah spesies saltbush yang dikenal dengan nama umum smooth saltbush dan dwarf orach.[1] Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Barat Laut Amerika Serikat mulai dari California hingga Idaho, tempat ia tumbuh di tanah salin dan tanah alkalin, seperti di dekat mata air panas dan kolam efemeral.
Deskripsi
Tumbuhan ini merupakan herba tahunan kecil yang menghasilkan batang kaku, bercabang, berwarna merah kehijauan yang tingginya mencapai maksimum 30 sentimeter.[2] Daunnya yang tebal dan berdaging berbentuk bulat dan panjangnya kurang dari 2 sentimeter. Bunga-bunga kecilnya muncul berpasangan atau tunggal.
