Celcom Axiata Berhad, DBA Celcom, adalah penyedia telekomunikasi bergerak tertua di Malaysia. Celcom adalah anggota dari kelompok perusahaan Axiata. Menjadikannya salah satu dari sedikit perusahaan di Malaysia yang aslinya menyediakan lisensi telepon seluler, perusahaan tersebut berhasil memperkenalkan telepon bergerak di Malaysia melalui layanan ART-900 (Automatic Radio Telephone), menggunakan generasi (analog) pertama spesifikasi ETACS (Extended Total Access Communication System) dari Britania Raya, sebuah perangkat dari teknologi US-AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System).
