Cilor lakuran dari: aci telor, harf. "aci dan telur" adalah merupakan makanan khas Sunda yang terbuat dari tepung tapioka atau yang biasa disebut "aci" dalam Bahasa Sunda yang dimasak dengan cara aci dibalut dengan telur.[1][2]
Resep Membuat Cilor
Bahan-Bahan
- 20 sendok makan tepung tapioka
- 20 sendok makan tepung terigu
- ½ sendok teh garam
- ½ sendok teh penyedap rasa
- 1 sendok teh bawang putih bubuk
- 300 ml air mendidih
- minyak sayur secukupnya
Bahan Campuran
- 2 butir telur dikocok
Bahan Bumbu
- Cabai bubuk secukupnya sesuai selera
- Bumbu balado secukupnya
