Curo (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [ˈtʃuro], pengucapan bahasa Portugis: [ˈʃuʁu]) adalah sebuah makanan ringan berbahan dasar pastri adonan goreng, biasanya adonan sus. Curo adalah hidangan tradisional di Spanyol dan Portugal, di mana hidangan tersebut berasal dari Filipina dan Ibero-Amerika.[1]
