Elizabeth Eleanor Siddall (25 Juli 1829 – 11 Februari 1862), lebih dikenal sebagai Elizabeth Siddal,^[a] adalah seorang seniman, penyair, dan model seniman asal Inggris. Koleksi penting karyanya dapat ditemukan di Wightwick Manor dan Ashmolean. Siddal dilukis dan digambar secara ekstensif oleh seniman Persaudaraan Pra-Raphaelite, termasuk Walter Deverell, William Holman Hunt, John Everett Millais (termasuk lukisannya yang terkenal pada tahun 1852 Ophelia) suaminya, Dante Gabriel Rossetti juga tak luput menggunakannya sebagai model dalam lukisannya.
