Endoproteinase Lys-C

Endoproteinase Lys-C adalah protease yang memotong protein pada sisi C-terminal dari residu lisin. Enzim ini secara alami ditemukan dalam bakteri Lysobacter enzymogenes dan umumnya digunakan dalam sekuensing protein.[1][2] Aktivitas Lys-C optimal pada rentang pH 7,0 - 9,0.[3]
