Esther Hart (lahir Esther Katinka Hartkamp pada 3 Juni 1970 di Epe, Gelderland) adalah seorang penyanyi Belanda.
Karier
Hart mengikuti kontes A Song for Europe di BBC TV pada tahun 2003 dengan lagu "Wait for the Moment". Ia mengundurkan diri dari kontes tersebut karena berpartisipasi untuk dua negara tidak akan dapat diterima oleh BBC dan NOS. Ia memilih untuk berpartisipasi dalam Nationaal Songfestival, kontes Eurovision Song Contest Belanda, dan menang.[1] Lagunya, "One More Night", berada di posisi ke-13 dalam Kontes Lagu Eurovision 2003. Ia membacakan hasil Belanda di Eurovision 2004 dan Eurovision 2008.
Aktivisme
Pada tanggal 17 Januari 2008, Hart dengan sukarela masuk penjara dan menginap semalam dalam upaya untuk mendapatkan publisitas dan uang untuk amal. Selama waktu itu ia mengadakan konser dengan penyiar Belanda NCRV (Asosiasi Radio Kristen Belanda) dan Yayasan Exodus, yang menyediakan bantuan bagi mantan narapidana untuk beradaptasi dengan kehidupan normal. Selain itu, diadakan kontes puisi oleh para narapidana dengan tema "berani percaya pada perubahan", dan puisi pemenang akan dibacakan oleh Hart.[2]
