Santo Eustakhius, Eustachius, Eustathius, atau Eustace,^[1] St. Esthak di India, atau Sh. Staka di Albania, dihormati sebagai martir Kristen dan santo prajurit. Legenda menempatkannya pada abad ke-2 Masehi. Seorang martir dari nama tersebut dimuliakan sebagai santo dalam Gereja Anglikan.^[2] Ia diperingati oleh Gereja Katolik Roma dan Gereja Ortodoks pada 20 September.
