Francolinus jacksoni | |
Francolin jackson[2] (Pternistis jacksoni) adalah sebuah spesies burung dalam famili Phasianidae. Spesies ini ditemukan di dataran tinggi Kenya dan Uganda. Habitat-habitat yang disukai oleh burung ini mencakup hutan pegunungan dan hutan bambu di atas ketinggian 2000 meter. Burung ini umum dijumpai di Gunung Kenya dan Pegunungan Aberdare.[3] Jantan dan betinanya memiliki bulu yang sama tetapi jantan memiliki taji di kaki mereka dan cenderung berukuran lebih besar.
