Hialuronoglukuronidase (EC 3.2.1.36, hialuronidase, glukuronoglukosaminoglikan hialuronat liase, orgelase) adalah enzim dengan nama sistematis hialuronat 3-glikanohidrolase.[1][2] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut

Hidrolisis acak ikatan (1→3) antara residu β-D-glukuronat dan N-asetil-D-glukosamina dalam hialuronat
