Jean-Baptiste Carrier (16 Maret 1756 – 16 Desember 1794) adalah seorang tokoh Revolusi Prancis yang dikenal atas aksinya dalam Perang Vendée pada masa Pemerintahan Teror. Ia mengkomandani eksekusi 4.000 warga sipil, kebanyakan pendeta, wanita dan anak-anak di Nantes.[2] Setelah kejatuhan pemerintahan Robespierre, Carrier diadili atas kejahatan perang oleh Pengadilan Revolusioner, dinyatakan bersalah dan dieksekusi.
