Kalendula (nama ilmiah: Calendula)[1] adalah genus dari sekitar 15–20 spesies[2] tumbuhan herba tahunan dalam famili Asteraceae. Mereka berasal dari barat daya Asia, Eropa Barat, Makaronesia, dan Mediterania. Di beberapa tempat tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama Marigold[3] yang nama tersebut merupakan sebutan tumbuhan dalam genus Tagetes.
Nama genus ini merupakan bahasa Latin kecil modern dari kata calendae yang berarti "kalender kecil", "jam kecil" atau mungkin "kaca cuaca kecil".[4]. Anggotanya yang paling umum dibudidayakan dan digunakan adalah Calendula officinalis (Kalendula biasa) . Produk herbal dan kosmetik populer bernama "Calendula" berasal dari spesies tersebut.
