Kalette (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Flower Sprouts, Petit Posy, Brukale, atau Brusselkale) adalah nama merek tanaman hibrida untuk kecambah kale. Dikembangkan menggunakan teknik pemuliaan, tanaman ini merupakan persilangan antara kale dan kubis brussel.[2] Tanaman ini dapat dimakan mentah maupun dimasak. "Kalette" sebenarnya adalah nama merek untuk sayuran "kecambah kale", yang diperkenalkan ke pasar Inggris pada tahun 2010 dengan nama Flower Sprouts.[3]
Floret seperti bunganya terbuka hingga diameter sekitar 2 inci (51 mm). Tiga varietas dwiwarna ditanam untuk waktu panen yang berbeda: untuk panen awal musim, pertengahan musim, dan akhir musim. Floret dekoratif akan optimal jika ditanam di tanah subur dengan pH di atas 6,5-7,5. Dalam cuaca kering, tanaman memerlukan pemupukan yang cermat dan irigasi teratur.
Hibrida ini memulai debutnya oleh Tozer Seeds di Inggris.[4] Tanaman ini awalnya diperkenalkan ke Amerika Serikat dengan nama merek "Lollipops" yang saat ini masih digunakan. Beberapa penjual di AS, seperti Johnny's Selected Seeds,[5] juga mendistribusikan benih kalette.
