Kuksu atau kuksi (bahasa Rusia: куксу; куксі; Koryo-mar: 국수; 국씨) adalah hidangan mie dalam masakan Koryo-saram: masakan etnis Korea di daratan bekas Uni Soviet. Hidangan ini populer di kalangan orang Korea di Uzbekistan. Disajikan dingin dan sering kali pedas dengan daging sapi.[1][2][3]
Hidangan ini adalah salah satu menu yang populer di Cafe Lily, sebuah restoran Uzbek-Korea, berlokasi di Brooklyn, Kota New York.[1] The Moscow Times menggambarkan kuksu yang disajikan di Koryo-saram di K-town Moskow sebagai "[memiliki] cukup enak".[4]
