Lapen adalah minuman khas Yogyakarta. Lapen memiliki sifat yang sedikit keras karena terbuat dari cairan alkohol murni yang kadarnya mencapai 80 persen. Minuman tersebut dicampur dengan air biasa dengan komposisi 1:4 atau 1:5. Kemudian, lapen dicampur dengan cairan perasa buah-buahan. Di beberapa tempat, lapen dijual ilegal karena termasuk minuman keras.[1]
