Libby Liu adalah seorang eksekutif nirlaba, pengacara dan advokat privasi Amerika Serikat yang menjadi kepala jabatan eksekutif Whistleblower Aid. Ia menjadi presiden Radio Free Asia selama 14 tahun, kala ia memimpin pendirian Open Technology Fund. Setelah OTF menjadi organisasi independen pada 2019, ia menjadi kepala jabatan eksekutif sampai Juni 2020.
Masa kecil dan pendidikan
Liu lahir di California[1] dari orangtua yang berimigrasi dari Tiongkok.[2] Ia meraih gelar sarjana dari University of California-Berkeley, MBA di Wharton School dari Universitas Pennsylvania, dan JD di University of Pennsylvania Law School.[1]
