Lingcod atau ling cod (Ophiodon elongatus) adalah salah satu spesies ikan dari keluarga Hexagrammidae. Ikan ini merupakan satu-satunya anggota genus Ophiodon yang masih ada.[1]
Ikan ini berasal dari pantai barat Amerika Utara, tersebar mulai dari Kepulauan Shumagin di Teluk Alaska hingga Baja California di Meksiko. Ikan ini telah diamati hingga ukuran 152 sentimeter dan berat 59 kilogram.[2] Ikan ini terlihat dalam berbagai corak abu-abu. Lingcod adalah ikan konsumsi yang populer dan dihargai oleh para pemancing. Meskipun tidak berkerabat dekat dengan ling sejati (Molva molva) atau cod, dinamakan "lingcod" karena kemiripannya dengan kedua ikan tersebut. Sekitar 20% lingcod memiliki daging berwarna biru kehijauan hingga pirus.[3]p. 298 Warna yang hilang saat dimasak mungkin disebabkan oleh biliverdin, tetapi hal ini belum dapat dibuktikan secara ilmiah.[4]
