Louis M. Groen (8 Agustus 1917 – 30 Mei 2011) adalah seorang pengusaha, wirausahawan, dan penduduk seumur hidup Cincinnati, Ohio. Groen menciptakan roti lapis Fish Fillet Burger (Filet-O-Fish di luar Indonesia) pada tahun 1962.[1][2] Beliau menciptakan roti lapis tersebut di restoran McDonald's miliknya yang sedang mengalami kesulitan untuk memuaskan pelanggannya. Pada saat itu, sebagian besar pelanggannya adalah penganut agama Katolik, dan berpantang makan daging pada hari Jumat. Fish Fillet Burger, yang disajikan dengan keju dan saus tartar, kini disajikan di restoran McDonald's di seluruh dunia.
