Marada Arcanum adalah spesies Vombatiformes ditemukan pada tahun 2001 di Situs Hiatus Oligosen di Riversleigh. Ini adalah satu-satunya anggota dari genus 'Marada'. Ini menunjukkan plesiomorphic dan apomorphic fitur membuat penentuan penempatan taksonomi yang sulit. Ini telah ditempatkan dalam keluarga Maradidae sendiri. Spesimen terdiri dari dentary yang tepat, dengan yang pertama insisivus tetapi hilang mahkota, seluruh ramus horisontal dengan utuh premolar tiga molar satu sampai empat. Posteriour yang hilang proses coronoid, artikular kondilus dan proses angular.[1]
