Michael Levitt (lahir 09 Mei 1947) adalah seorang ahli biofisika asal Amerika Serikat. Ia bekerja sebagai profesor di Universitas Stanford. Pada tahun 2013, Michael Levitt memperoleh Penghargaan Nobel untuk bidang kimia bersama dengan Martin Karplus dan Arieh Warshel.
