Mtwapa adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Kabupaten Kilifi di Kenya. Kota ini terletak sekitar 16 km di sebelah timur laut Mombasa. Mtwapa merupakan kota satelit yang menjadi bagian dari wilayah metropolitan Mombasa.
Mtwapa terletak di wilayah pesisir, dan Teluk Kecil Mtwapa merupakan tempat untuk memulai tur memancing di laut dalam. Kota ini juga dikenal sebagai tempat wisata seks, khususnya wisata seks anak-anak.[1][2][3]
