Musgravea adalah genus pohon hutan hujan dari timur laut Queensland.
Genus ini dipublikasikan pada tahun 1890 oleh Ferdinand von Mueller, dan dinamai untuk menghormati Sir Anthony Musgrave, Gubernur Queensland dari tahun 1883 hingga 1888. Bersama kerabat terdekatnya Austromuellera, genus ini termasuk dalam sub-suku Musgraveinae dari suku Banksieae dalam sub-keluarga Grevilleoideae dari keluarga Proteaceae. Setelah Austromuellera, kerabat terdekatnya adalah Banksia.[1]
Terdapat dua spesies, yaitu M. stenostachya (crater silky oak) dan M. heterophylla (briar silky oak). M. stenostachya adalah spesies tipe untuk genus ini; spesies ini dipublikasikan oleh Mueller pada waktu yang sama dengan genusnya. M. heterophylla dipublikasikan pada tahun 1969 oleh Lindsay Stuart Smith.[1]
