Philip David Charles Collins (lahir 30 Januari 1951), lebih sering disebut Phil Collins, adalah seorang musisi pop/rock asal Inggris. Kehadirannya dalam dunia musik cukup menonjol pada era 1980-an. Ia juga dikenal sebagai vokalis grup progressive rock bernama Genesis dan pemenang Grammy Award.
Collins memulai karier musik sebagai seorang drumer, pertama dengan grup Flaming Youth dan seterusnya dengan Genesis. Ia menjadi vokalis utama Genesis pada 1976. Collins keluar dari grup Genesis pada 1996 untuk berfokus sebagai musisi solo.
