Polyxenus lagurus adalah sebuah spesies kaki seribu dalam famili Polyxenidae.[2][3][4] Kaki seribu ini sering dijumpai di Eropa dan ditemukan di banyak wilayah di Amerika Utara.[5][6] Seperti spesies lainnya dalam genus Polyxenus, spesies ini berukuran kecil dan tertutup oleh bulu-bulu tegak yang dapat patah, yang dapat menyulitkan penyerang kaki seribu ini, misalnya laba-laba atau semut.[7] Spesies ini diketahui mencakup populasi-populasi partenogenik selain yang dapat bereproduksi secara seksual.[8]
