Rafflesia witkampii adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Rafflesiaceae.[1] Tumbuhan ini adalah tumbuhan berbunga parasit. Meijer (1997) memberikan pembahasan komprehensif mengenai Rafflesia[2] dalam Flora Malesiana, di mana ia melaporkan lima "spesies yang belum diketahui secara lengkap": R. borneensis Koord., R. ciliate Koord, R. titan Jack, R. tuan-mudae Becc., dan R. witkampii Koord. Kelima spesies ini dianggap tidak lengkap karena kurangnya spesimen yang terawetkan dengan baik atau spesimen tipe yang meyakinkan, deskripsi yang buruk, atau deskripsi yang didasarkan pada kuncup yang belum matang. Nais (2001) mengukuhkan kembali R. tuan-mudae, R. witkampii, dan R. zollingeriana dalam catatannya mengenai Rafflesia.[2]
