Savva Yakovlevich Kulish (bahasa Rusia: Са́вва Я́ковлевич Кули́ш; 17 Oktober 1936 – 9 Juni 2001) adalah seorang sutradara dan penulis naskah asal Uni Soviet. Ia menyutradarai delapan film antara 1966 dan 1994. Film tahun 1979 buatannya Takeoff memenangkan Penghargaan Perak di Festival Film Internasional Moskwa ke-11.[1] Ia dianugerahi gelar Seniman Rakyat Rusia pada 1995.[2]
