Sayri Túpac (s. 1535–1561) adalah seorang penguasa Inka di Peru. Ia adalah putra dari pasangan kakak beradik Manco Inca Yupanqui dan Cura Ocllo.[1]: 10 Setelah pembunuhan ibunya pada 1539 dan ayahnya pada 1544, keduanya oleh para penakluka Spanyol, ia menjadi penguasa Negara Neo-Inka di Vilcabamba. Ia memerintah sampai 1560.
