Schismatoglottis atau serimpat adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Araceae. Anggota genus mempunyai penampilan dan kebiasaan pertumbuhan yang mirip dengan anggota genus Homalomena, tetapi kedua genera tersebut tidak berkerabat dekat. Perbedaan utamanya adalah daun Schismatoglottis tidak beraroma. Schismatoglottis ditemukan terutama di daerah tropis Asia Tenggara, New Guinea, dan Melanesia. Mayoritas spesiesnya berasal dari Pulau Kalimantan. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]
Schismatoglottis prietoi, yang dideskripsikan pada tahun 2015 dari Filipina, merupakan habitat unik yang sepenuhnya bersifat akuatik atau amfibi. Ia membentuk koloni besar di sungai air tawar berarus dangkal di hutan dataran rendah. [7]
