Serruria dodii, atau dikenal sebagai Hex River spiderhead, adalah semak berbunga yang termasuk ke dalam famili Proteaceae.[2][3] Tanaman ini merupakan bagian dari tipe vegetasi fynbos Afrika Selatan. Tanaman ini bersifat endemik di Western Cape dan ditemukan di Pegunungan Hex River serta Keeromsberg. Semak ini tumbuh tegak, mencapai ketinggian 1,0 m, dan berbunga dari bulan Agustus hingga November.
Tanaman ini mati setelah kebakaran, namun benihnya dapat bertahan hidup. Dua bulan setelah berbunga, buahnya jatuh dan semut membantu menyebarkan benih-benih tersebut. Mereka menyimpan benih di dalam sarang mereka. Tanaman ini bersifat uniseksual. Penyerbukan terjadi melalui aktivitas serangga. Tanaman ini tumbuh di tanah batu pasir pada ketinggian 900 - 1.400 m.
