Simferopol (bahasa Ukraina: Сімферополь) merupakan sebuah kota yang diakui secara internasional berada di wilayah Republik Otonom Krimea, Ukraina namun secara de facto di bawah okupansi Rusia. Dahulu kota ini bernama Aqmescit, kota ini letaknya di bagian selatan Semenanjung Krimea. Pada tahun 2006, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 340.600 jiwa dan memiliki luas wilayah 107 km².
Kota ini memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk sebesar 3.183 jiwa/km².
