Smart Forfour adalah mobil kota (segmen A di Eropa) yang dihadirkan dan diproduksi oleh Smart selama dua generasi. Generasi pertama dipasarkan di Eropa dari tahun 2004 hingga 2006 (5 pintu, mesin depan) dan generasi kedua dipasarkan di Eropa mulai tahun 2014 dan seterusnya (5 pintu, mesin belakang/motor listrik).
Forfour generasi pertama hanya dipasarkan di Eropa dari tahun 2004 hingga 2006 dan di Australia sebagai hatchback 4 pintu, 5 kursi, berbagi platform dengan Mitsubishi Colt. Setelah jeda delapan tahun, Forfour generasi kedua memulai debutnya pada Juli 2014, berbagi platform dengan generasi ketiga yang akan datang Renault Twingo (empat pintu, mesin belakang) dan mekanik dengan generasi ketiga Smart Fortwo (dua pintu, mesin belakang). Versi listrik baterai dipasarkan sebagai EQ Forfour sejak 2018. Produksi Forfour EQ berakhir pada tahun 2021, dua tahun setelah produksi Forfour bertenaga bensin berakhir.[1][2]
