Socinianisme

Faustus Socinus (1539–1604), asal nama dari Socinianisme

Socinianisme (pengucapan: /səˈsɪn[invalid input: 'ē']ənizm/) adalah sebuah sistem doktrin Kristen yang mengambil nama dari Fausto Sozzini (Latin: Faustus Socinus), yang berkembang pada Brethren Polandia di Gereja Reformasi Minor Polandia pada abad ke-16 dan ke-17[1] dan dipegang oleh Gereja Unitarian Transylvania pada periode yang sama.[2] Sistem tersebut paling dikenal karena Kristologi Nontrinitarian-nya namun juga berisi sejumlah kepercayaan tak ortodoks.
