Toubou (juga disebut Tebu atau Tubu atau Tebou) adalah sebuah grup etnis yang terutama hidup di Chad utara. Populasi Toubou juga dapat ditemui di Libya, Niger dan Sudan.[butuh rujukan]
Mayoritas Toubou hidup di Chad utara disekitar pegunungan Tibesti (Toubou berarti 'orang dari Tibesti'). Orang Toubou berjumlah sekitar 350.000 dan mayoritas beragama Islam.[butuh rujukan]
