Barakuda sirip hitam ( Sphyraena qenie ), juga dikenal secara lokal sebagai tunul, adalah spesies barakuda yang tersebar di Laut Merah dan Afrika Timur hingga Indo dan Pasifik Barat hingga Polinesia Prancis.
Tunul mencapai ukuran maksimum 140 cm. Mereka biasanya ditemui di terumbu karang hingga kedalaman 50 m di mana mereka membentuk kelompok besar.[1][2][3] Barakuda sirip hitam dikenal dengan garis lateral hitam panjang yang melingkari tubuhnya. Terdapat sekitar 18 hingga 22 pita yang terdapat pada tubuh ikan. Mereka memiliki sinar terakhir yang memanjang pada sirip punggung kedua dan sirip dubur serta sirip ekor (sirip ekor) berwarna kehitaman. Mereka tidak memiliki penyapu insang.[4]
