Ulster (bahasa Irlandia: Ulaidh atau Cúige Uladh, Skots Ulster: Ulstèr[5][6][7] atau Ulster)[8][9][10] adalah satu dari empat provinsi Irlandia, yang terletak di utara pulau.
Ulster terdiri dari sembilan county. Enam di antaranya (hampir 57% Ulster) membentuk Irlandia Utara: Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, dan Tyrone. Tiga county (kira-kira 43% Ulster) berada dalam Republik Irlandia: Cavan, Donegal, dan Monaghan.
