Unikorn atau kuda unikorn (bahasa Latin: cornus) adalah makhluk mitologis yang berwujud kuda dengan sebuah tanduk di dahi. Kata cornus berhubungan dengan kata horn yang berarti "tanduk" sesuai dengan ciri khasnya.
Kuda unikorn adalah hewan (mitologis) nasional Skotlandia. Menurut sejarahnya makhluk ini pertama kali dikenal lewat kebudayaan-kebudayaan India. Konon unicorn hanya bisa ditangkap oleh perawan. Hanya saja tidak ada bukti ilmiah akan keberadaan unicorn. Biasanya, bulu unicorn berwarna putih dan tanduknya berbentuk spiral. Darah unikorn merupakan obat yang mujarab, dan mampu membuat hidup abadi. Selain darahnya, tanduk unicorn dalam kepercayaan modern juga bisa menetralkan racun.
