Xylarium
Xylarium adalah suatu tempat atau bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai perpustakaan kayu. Salah satu xylarium tersohor di dunia terdapat di Bogor, Indonesia, dengan nama Xylarium Bogoriense. Xylarium Bogoriense merupakan perpustakaan kayu dengan koleksi kayu terbanyak di dunia. Koleksi yang tersimpan di xylarium digunakan sebagai referensi bagi para peneliti dan profesional kehutanan, khususnya untuk mengidentifikasi, mempelajari, dan menggolongkan berbagai jenis kayu dari seluruh dunia. Hingga tahun 2024, Xylarium Bogoriense sudah memiliki koleksi 200.000 spesimen kayu. Selain itu, Xylarium Bogoriense juga menyimpan koleksi bambu, rotan, dan fosil kayu.[1]
