In modärne CPU finde sich Funktionseiheite, wo sehr vil fiiner unterdeilt si, und mehrfach usgfüehrti Eiheite, wo die gliichzitig Usfüehrig vo mehrere Befähl erlaube. Zuesätzlig finde sich au hüfig spezialisierti Rächeneiheite z. B. für Vektorfunktione.
