Bacem utawi baceman (basa Jawa: ꦧꦕꦼꦩ꧀, transliterasi Bacěm) inggih punika sanganan saking wawidangan Mataraman luiripun kota Semarang, Surakarta miwah Magelang ring Jawa Tengah miwah DI Yogyakarta. Wong Yogyakarta demen bacem sané macitarasa manis, sané kasarengin basa khas gula barak. Bacem dados tata cara pangolahan sanganan antuk ngawetang produk, kasub dados ngawetang tempe miwah tahu.[1] Kabacem suksemanipun kamemem ring yeh gula utawi garam nganti bahan sanganan awet.[1]
