Funkcija
Ovaj lokus kodira protein koji može imati ulogu u ćelijskom odgovoru na povredu arterija uključivanjem u vaskularno remodeliranje. Mutacije na ovom lokusu su povezane sa poremećajem zvanim Barrettov jednjak i adenokarcinom jednjaka. Opisane su alternativno prerađene varijante transkripta.
