Celiprolol – s brendiranim nazivima Cardem, Selectol, Celipres, Celipro, Celol, Cordiax i Dilanorm – je lijek iz klase beta blokatora, koji se upotrebljava u liječenju visokog krvnog pritiska. Ima jedinstvenu farmakologiju: to je selektivni β1 receptor antagonist, ali i β2 receptorski parcijalni agonist. Stoga je slab antagonist α2 receptora.
U 2010. godini, nakon kliničkog ispitivanja, predložena je upotreba ovog lijeka u prevenciji vaskularnih komplikacija rijetke naslijedne bolesti zvane vaskularni Ehlers-Danlosov sindrom. Ova studija demostrirala je smanjenu učestalost arterijskih ruptura ili disekcija (određene vrste arterijske rupture u kojoj se slojevi sudova odvoje prije završetka oštećenja zida arterije).[1]
