Grb Barbadosa

Grb Barbadosa usvojen je nakon stjecanja nezavisnosti ove ostrvske zemlje od Engleske 30. novembra 1966. dekretom kraljice Elizabete II tokom njene posjete. Kao i ostale britanske teritorije u Karibima, i ovaj grb posjeduje šljem na vrhu i štit kojeg s lijeve strane pridržava delfin, a s desne pelikan.
Nacionalni simbol na vrhu grba je šaka čovjeka sa Barbadosa, koji drži dvije šećerne repe u obliku krsta sv. Andrije.
Štit je zlatne boje na kojem se nalaze dva barbadoska cvijeta, "ponos Barbadosa" (Caesalpinia pulcherrima) i drvo fikusa (Ficus citrifolia). Njegov dizajn uradio je Neville C. Connell koji je bio direktor Muzeja Barbados blizu 24 godine.[1]
