Jeff Healey (Norman Jeffrey Healey 25. mart 1966 – 2. mart 2008)[1] bio je slijepi džez i bluz gitarista i pjevač, koji je počeo karijeru 1980-tih godina.
Rođen je u Torontu, Ontario[2] i odrastao je u zapadnom dijelu grada. Jeff je usvojen,[3] a njegov posvojitelj je vatrogasac. Kada je imao 8 mjeseci, izgubio je vid zbog retinoblastoma.[2] Počeo je svirati gitaru u svojoj trećoj godini, pri čemu je razvio poseban stil jer je gitaru držao na krilu. U 17-toj godini je osnovao je bend Blue Direction, koji je uglavnom svirao obrade.
