Microsoft Copilot je čet-bot predstavljen 7. februara 2023. kao Bing Chat.[1] U toku 2023. Microsoft je ujedinio svoje čet-bot proizvode pod Copilot brend.
Pogoni ga Prometheus model izgrađen nad OpenAI velikim jezičkim modelom GPT-4 koji je dodatno fino podešen nadziranim i podržanim učenjem. Služi kao alat za razgovor, pisanje različitih vrsta sadržaja kao što su pjesme, priče i izvještaji, pružanje uvida i informacija o veb-sajtovima koji su otvoreni u pregledniku Microsoft Edge ili koristiti ga za dizajniranje logotipa, crteža, ili neke druge slike koju umjetna inteligencija stvori pomoću tekstualnog prompta.[2]
Njegov interfejs i stil jako je sličan ChatGPT-u. Microsoft je na konferenciji Build 2023 objavio planove da integriše Copilot u Windows 11 i omogući njegovo korištenje direktno kroz programsku traku (engleski: taskbar).[3]
