Sarma
Sarma je jelo od miješanog mljevenog mesa i najčešće riže umotanih[1] u list ukiseljena kupusa, svježeg kupusa ili lišća vinove loze.
Porijeklo
Sarma se smatra bugarskim nacionalnim jelom, ali ne s ukiseljenim kupusom Sarme najčešće pripremaju u Azerbejdžan, Bosni i Hercegovini, Bugarskoj, Hrvatskoj, Poljskoj, Grčkoj, Mađarskoj, Sjevernoj Makedoniji, Crnoj Gori, Moldaviji, Rumuniji, Srbiji, Sloveniji, Jordanu, Libanu, Siriji, Iraku, Turskoj i Ukrajini, ali uglavnom s različitim receptima. U Gruziji i Azerbejdžan isto ili slično jelo naziva se "dolma".
