Funkcija
Ovaj gen kodira regulator odgovora na oštećenje DNK. Protein je komponenta trostrukog T-kompleksa (TTT) koji takođe uključuje telomerne proteine za regulaciju dužine i TELO2 protein u interakciji 1.
TTT kompleks je uključen u ćelijsku otpornost na stresove oštećenja DNK i može djelovati kao regulator obilja proteinskih kinaza, povezanih s fosfoinozitid-3-kinazom (PIKK).
