Colavita S.p.A er en italiensk producent af olivenolie, men også producent af eddike, pasta, tomatprodukter og grøntsager. Virksomheden er ledet af brødrene Enrico og Leonardo Colavita, den blev etableret af brødrenes far i 1938.[1][2] De har hovedkvarter i Pomezia ved Rom, hvor de pakker olivenolie. Colavita omsætter årligt for ca. 100 mio. euro.[3]
